Cuisine and Oenology

The Basque Country has huge potential for food and wine tourism and it is well positioned as a destination for this product. Therefore, a Food and Wine Tourism Promotion Plan has been created in order to define the strategies, tactics and actions which boost the Basque tourism product based on cuisine and wine.

The aim of this plan is to support all agents involved (public authorities and managers) in the planning, management and promotion of the Basque food and wine tourism product.
